Guilt-Free Snacks to Get You Through Quarantine

Is quarantine boredom driving you to snack?! Don’t worry! Me too. And, to be honest, I was feeling bad about it. I wasn’t loving my normal snack choices because my lifestyle, is inevitably, much less active. I decided this would be a great time to tackle something I’ve been wanting to dive into for a while, discovering new healthy snacks I enjoy!
I want to remind you, before we dive in, to show yourself a little grace during this quarantine period. Snacking is totally okay! I’m sharing this because for me, snacking healthy helps to lessen or even eliminate the guilt behind it! Yay, mental health!
I found all of these items in my local grocery store! I encourage you to create a shopping list so that your time in the store is as minimal as possible! Don’t forget to wear gloves and a mask if you have them, and of course, wash and sanitize your hands!
