I’m so excited to share a few new and exciting partnerships with y’all! This is Hello Hunny’s first fall and I have so many exciting things planned
I spend a lot of time and effort cultivating partnerships because the goal is always to share them with you! It is so important to me that you believe my recommendations are ones I whole hearted believe in, and ones I believe will have a positive impact on your life! Let’s get right into it-
I know you’ve seen it! Here in Chicago, there’s one seemingly in every neighborhood! You’ve absolutely heard your friends talk about their splat points, heart rate monitors, and, what the heck is a DRI TRI? I was curious, so when I was approached by Orangetheory for this partnership, I figured I’d give it a try.
So, what is it? It’s better than your ordinary gym workout. Perhaps you’ve tried a gym or fitness routine in the past that just felt like a dead end – no guidance, no inspiration, and no results. I want you to know that it’s not you, it’s your workout. You can still achieve your goals to become a fitter, stronger, better version of yourself.
I was there. I hit a fitness plateau and I was beyond bored with my workout routine. I decided to switch things up a bit with OTF. Here are my favorite things about it!
Go At Your Own Pace
Choose to walk, jog, run, bike, or stride. This workout produces results based on your unique abilities.
Options, No Matter What
Recovering from an injury or orthopedic issue and need special guidance? Just tell your coach! There are alternative options for every exercise.
Variety for Everyone
They switch up the workout every day, so not only will you continue to challenge and change your body, you’ll have more fun!
Most importantly, what I love most about OTF is the community. I’ve already had the chance to attend several events and am so impressed by the lengths people are willing to go to show their support for their #OTFFAM. I’m so excited to welcome you into this amazing community!
I would love to accompany you to your first OTF class if you’re in the Chicagoland area! So that you can try the workout, no strings attached, I will bring you as my guest for free! Orangetheory is the most fun and affordable workout I’ve found in the city, and I would love for you to experience the magic! Let’s do it!
Repetitive motions of day-to-day life cause muscles to contract and tighten. Over time, these contractions become shorter and more dense. As this density increases, muscles and fascia become chronically contracted, forming knots and congested tissue, leading to dysfunction, disability and pain. At Delos, they believe the missing link in understanding muscular health is pliability.
Pliability (noun)- the quality of being easily bent; flexibility.
As a former D1 athlete, I have been exposed to the best of trainers, facilities, and athletic approach to healing and body maintenance. I have 2 slipped disks in my back, which has caused me great pain and chronic issues. My injury was one of the main reasons I decided to stop playing soccer; I was no longer happy playing in pain, as I have goals in life that for me, are more important to preserve my body for.
However, I enjoy being active. I love working out, being adventurous, bike riding, etc. but I dread the pain I know will be coming following the activity. I have so many activities I desire to do, but my body needs to be healthy first. Delos is relieving me of pain, headaches, sleep issues and digestion, just to name a few. I am so excited to share my journey alongside Orangetheory because I truly believe that they are the best things I’m doing for my body and life right now! They, as companies, support one another- the partnership timing is seamless!
Want to know more about Delos? I’ll be checking in through out the process frequently on my Instagram! Be sure to follow along! Also, feel free to check out these amazing videos on their website that break down what they do, and why it’s effective. You can find them here.
As always, thanks for following along! My health and wellness journey is especially close to my heart, and I’m excited to be sharing it with you!
